Great Smoky Thanksgiving & Christmas Arts & Crafts Show | Nov 23rd – Dec 5th

The Tennessee artists and craftspeople here create beautiful and useful things with techniques handed down for centuries. Find gorgeous quilts, old-fashioned straw brooms with hand-carved handles, exquisitely woven baskets, hand-dipped scented candles, Victorian ceramic pitchers, pottery, dulcimers, stuffed bears, and leather vests. There is handmade jewelry, unlike anything you’ll find in the malls back home.

Enchanted Winter Anakeesta | Dec 1st – Feb 14th

For more than two months, guests to the park will be enchanted by our winter decorations, including a 40-foot tall Christmas tree at the Anakeesta plaza on the Parkway. Visitors can snap a photo in front of the tree before taking a cozy ride on our Ridge Rambler vehicles through the forest or enjoying a scenic trip through the crisp winter air on our Chondola.

Lights Over Gatlinburg SkyLift Park | Dec 1st – Jan 31st

Magical and heartwarming, this adaptation of Dickens’ classic tells the story of Ebenezer Scrooge’s journey to change for good. With your favorite carols from around the world as well as awe-inspiring special effects you’ll be able to revisit a time when life was simpler with its warmth in every note played on stage!

Fantasy of Lights Christmas Parade | Dec 3rd

The Budweiser Clydesdales will lead off the Fantasy of Lights Christmas Parade on December 3, 2021, ushering in the 46th annual holiday tradition. The star-studded parade line-up also includes country music star Canaan Smith and BBQ Pitmasters star, Myron Mixon. Beginning at 7:30 p.m. from Baskins Creek Bypass and East Parkway, a spectacular parade line-up of balloons, floats decorated by local businesses and community groups, and high school marching bands, spans through downtown before ending at traffic light #10.

Winter Smoky Mountain Tunes and Tales | Dec 3rd – Dec 18th

Smoky Mountain Tunes & Tales returns this winter to entertain Gatlinburg visitors! Tunes & Tales is street performance festival featuring costumed musical performers, dancers, and storytellers portraying characters from time periods as far back as the 1800s.

Breakfast with Santa at Anakeesta | Dec 4th & Dec 11th

Santa Claus is coming to town! Join us at Anakeesta for a delightfully enchanted breakfast this winter season with a very special guest, Santa Claus himself! Tickets to our Breakfast with Santa event include EARLY access to Anakeesta before other guests arrive, all-day access to the park, a delicious breakfast served at Cliff Top, holiday crafts, a sing-a-long, and a professional photo with Santa himself!

New Year’s Eve Celebration and Fireworks Show | Dec 31st

For the 34th straight year, the Space Needle area at traffic light #8 comes alive at the stroke of midnight with a fabulous fireworks show. Features live entertainment. “Best New Year’s Eve Show in the South.”
